- Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations
- Exhibits creative and decorating talents by personally preparing gourmets while leading the staff in preparing quality and consistent products for all areas
- Works to continually improve associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget
- Develops and trains team to improve results while maintaining standards
- Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in kitchen operations in luxury hotelis preferred
- Passionate and service oriented
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Sous Chef
