Description

The Application Analyst I is a junior builder dedicated to supporting Mayo Clinics citizen developer program. This role coaches citizen developers using UiPath StudioX answers day-to-day build questions reviews citizen-built automations against program standards and contributes hands-on automation builds when needed. It is an excellent on-ramp for a developer who wants to grow in UiPath and AI enablement while actively coaching others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach citizen developers on UiPath StudioX best practices standards and build patterns.
  • Review citizen-built automations for quality safety security and alignment to program standards.
  • Build hands-on automations where citizen-dev capacity or complexity requires professional support.
  • Support citizen developer onboarding office hours and community of practice events.
  • Maintain and improve citizen developer templates reusable components and documentation.
  • Triage questions and incidents related to citizen-developed automations; escalate appropriately.
  • Contribute to AI Enablement activities by supporting early AI/LLM experimentation by citizen developers.
  • Grow technical skills toward more complex UiPath Studio and AI-enabled work.


Qualifications

Bachelors Degree

OR

Associates Degree with 2 years experience in business analysis.

Epic/Vendor Certification Required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 years of hands-on UiPath experience (StudioX or Studio) including at least one production or near-production automation.
  • Strong interest in coaching teaching or enabling others.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI and LLM concepts.
  • UiPath Citizen Developer RPA Associate or equivalent certification.
  • Experience supporting a citizen developer program or similar enablement initiative.
  • Exposure to UiPath Apps Assistant or Document Understanding.
  • Healthcare or Finance domain exposure.
