Job Summary
As a Glazing Service Foreman you will be responsible for completing quality repairs assess damage and perform preventative maintenance for glazing systems and products; including fitting and sealing windows curtain wall glass store-front systems skylights and glass doors for commercial buildings. You will serve as a leader mentor and work collaboratively with a crew of 1-2 technicians. Applicants must be comfortable with daily physical labor working outdoors from heights and following extensive safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities
Install/repair/replace various commercial glazing systems including curtain walls store-fronts plus doors and hardware
Supervise and work hands-on with field crews- ensures efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
Ensure workers receive proper training and adhere to all safety standards
Manage and delegate day-to-day job site operations while enforcing quality control and best practices
Monitor and track employee work hours conduct daily field reports safety inspections and required paperwork
Use our mobile app to record document and report repairs/projects
Provide recommendations for additional work or maintenance to customers.
On-call 24/7 availability to respond to emergency repairs (additional compensation staggered schedule)
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of installation or repair experience with commercial glazing systems including curtain walls store-front and doors.
Experience installing glass doors and hardware is required- sliding store front swing doors etc.
Must have valid driver license and clean driving record to drive company vehicles
Able to assess damage determine correct process and perform quality repairs
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/system specifications
Tech savvy-comfortable using mobile phone apps
Leadership skills- delegating time management quality control train new employees
