As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Memphis TN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a financial institution location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas stay visible to help reduce security-related concerns and deliver outstanding customer service and this mobile role you will support daily operations with professionalism teamwork and integrity while reflecting Allied Universals agile reliable innovative and people-first culture.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location including lobbies offices access points parking areas and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances exits and other sensitive areas verify authorized access when required and report suspicious behavior hazards and/or maintenance concerns according to post orders.
• Support day-to-day operations at the location by observing customer and employee activity assisting with directions and information and following assigned protocols for alarms disturbances and after-hours access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
