Psychotherapist (Psychologist LPC LMSW LMFT LP or LLP)

Compensation: $70000-$106000 annualized for full-time ; paid bi-weekly

Location: This is a hybrid position in Ann Arbor MI (2-3 days on site required)

Role Summary

The Licensed Pyschotherapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload delivering evidence-based care and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Pyschotherapist Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
• Preferred background in or interest in evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT DBT EMDR ACT)
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintaining a schedule of a minimum of 20 clients per week required
• Participate in clinical consultation supervision or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards licensing requirements and company policies

Licensed Pyschotherapist Required Qualifications

• Active unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD LPC LMSW LMFT LP or LLP) in Michigan
• Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Experience and demonstrated ability to assess and treat adults and adolescents 18
• Preferred background in or interest in evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT DBT EMDR ACT)Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children adolescents trauma couples etc.
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
