Psychotherapist (Psychologist LPC LMSW LMFT LP or LLP)
Compensation: $70000-$106000 annualized for full-time ; paid bi-weekly Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time or Full-Time Employee Exempt Schedule: Create your own schedule Location: This is a hybrid position in Ann Arbor MI (2-3 days on site required)
Role Summary
The Licensed Pyschotherapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload delivering evidence-based care and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Licensed Pyschotherapist Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
Preferred background in or interest in evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT DBT EMDR ACT)
Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
Maintaining a schedule of a minimum of 20 clients per week required
Participate in clinical consultation supervision or team meetings as required
Adhere to ethical standards licensing requirements and company policies

Requirements
Licensed Pyschotherapist Required Qualifications
Active unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD LPC LMSW LMFT LP or LLP) in Michigan
Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
Experience and demonstrated ability to assess and treat adults and adolescents 18
Preferred background in or interest in evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT DBT EMDR ACT)Ability to provide therapy independently
Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children adolescents trauma couples etc.
Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
