This House Supervisor position at MercyOne Genesis Davenport offers competitive pay benefits and PTO accrual starting on day one and exposure that supports future leadership development.
Schedule:
- 32 hours per week
- Weekday Shifts: evening hours 1530-2330
- Weekend Hours: every other weekend 07-1930
- Holiday rotation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required
- Bachelorsdegree iswithin five (5) years of hire with continuous enrollment in arelevantprogramdocumented
- Current Iowa RNlicense at time of hire. A secondary RN license for IL must be obtained within 12 months of the hiredate
- At least two (2) years of relevant clinical experienceis
- Basic Life Support (BLS) iswithin three (3) months of hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) iswithin three (3) months of hire
- Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter for both Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training iswithin six (6) months of hire
- Specialty practice certification is preferred
- Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative shared leadership environment
- Mustpossessa personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty integrity and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy mission vision goals and values of Trinity Health andMercyOne
