Shift: 3x12 Nights (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Cardiac Telemetry assignment. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring observation services and acute medical care. The ideal candidate will possess strong telemetry cardiac and acute care nursing experience in a fast-paced hospital environment.

• Active South Carolina RN License Required

• Current BLS Certification

• Current ACLS Certification

• Current NIHSS Certification

• Minimum 1 Year of Recent Cardiac Telemetry Experience

• Minimum 1 Year of EPIC Experience Required

• First-Time Travelers Considered Based on Experience

• Experience with Adult Acute Care Patients

• Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care.

• Monitor telemetry patients and recognize cardiac rhythm changes.

• Administer medications IV therapies and treatments safely.

• Provide care for patients with cardiac respiratory neurological gastrointestinal and medical conditions.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop patient-specific care plans.

• Coordinate diagnostic testing and specialty consultations.

• Assist with patient assessments monitoring and acute nursing interventions.

• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR.

• Float to similar units and nearby affiliated facilities as needed.

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.

• Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
