Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Operating Room (OR) to support a high-volume outpatient surgical setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong perioperative skills clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR nursing experience
- Active AHA BLS certification
- Active AHA ACLS certification
- Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Strong experience in perioperative patient care and surgical procedures
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients before during and after procedures
- Assist surgical team in maintaining a sterile and safe operating environment
- Monitor patient status throughout perioperative phases
- Collaborate with surgeons anesthesiologists and OR staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
