Team Red Dog is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer Marketing & Growth Analytics (Minecraft)for our client a data and analytics innovator and global technology this remote or hybrid (Redmond) role you will design and build scalable data pipelines robust data models and high-impact analytics solutions that power performance marketing AI/ML and product insights. Youll work hands-on with modern data engineering tools (SQL Python Spark Airflow) to transform complex data into actionable intelligence that drives business decisions. Opportunity Overview:
This role sits at the center of data marketing and product innovation supporting large-scale analytics initiatives within a globally recognized gaming franchise. You will help scale performance marketing capabilities while building foundational data systems used across AI reporting and product teams. How you will make an impact:
Design and develop scalable data models and pipelines to support analytics and machine learning
Transform complex multi-source data into clean reliable and usable datasets
Partner with stakeholders across marketing product and analytics to define requirements and deliver insights
Build reusable frameworks and data infrastructure to improve efficiency and scalability
Support performance marketing initiatives through high-quality data products and insights
Analyze structured and unstructured data to drive informed business decisions
Maintain high standards for data quality security and reliability

The expertise you bring:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
35 years of experience in analytics engineering data engineering or related roles
Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale data pipelines using tools like Spark and Airflow
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and automation
Experience working with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)
Familiarity with DevOps/DataOps principles and modern data frameworks
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions
