Job Summary
主要职责
- 方法开发与验证基于中国药典ICHISO等要求完成专属性准确性精密度线性范围定量/检测限稳定性等验证搭建核酸定量/定性基因测序PCR/qPCR/数字PCRCEHPLC等分析方法
- 实验与优化独立开展核酸提取酶活/分子标记检测电泳等实验排查并优化方法提升灵敏度重复性与效率
- 文档与合规撰写方案报告SOP与技术转移文件配合项目申报与审计资料准备
- 仪器与协作负责qPCR/数字PCR分光光度计CEHPLC等设备的使用与维护与QC/研发协作完成检测数据复核与问题处理遵循生物与数据安全规范参与方法研讨与培训
任职要求
- 学历专业分子生物学/生物化学与分子生物学/细胞生物学/生物技术/生物工程等相关专业本科及以上硕士优先
- 技能熟练核酸分析PCR/qPCR电泳等能独立进行方法开发与验证熟悉中国药典ICH Q2与合规要求能撰写验证文件与SOP熟练使用基因分析与数据处理软件具备图谱解读与统计分析能力熟悉相关仪器操作与故障排查
- 经验本科2年以上相关科研/研发经验硕士及以上可接收应届有高校实验室药企或生物技术公司经验者优先
- 综合能力严谨细致责任心强问题解决与快速响应能力佳良好的文档与沟通协作能力支持跨部门与技术转移学习能力强跟进行业技术与法规具备良好英文读写能力
