• Process commercial loan applications from start to finish
• Order review and track third-party documentation (appraisals title insurance etc.)
• Prepare loan files for underwriting approval and closing
• Ensure documentation meets policy regulatory and compliance requirements
• Communicate clearly and proactively with lenders borrowers and internal teams
• Keep multiple loan files organized moving and on schedule
• Help deliver seamless professional borrower experiences
