Job Summary

A vacancy has arisen for a Corporal (Any Profession; however preference will be given to People Ops - Pers (Spt)) to serve as RAF SPECAP JNCO 2 at ASWC RAF Waddington on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS) with an initial proposed start date of 05 October 2026 (or earlier/later subject to candidate status and position being vacated).

The role will primarily be responsible for the administration of RAF Special Access Programmes (SAPs). The main tasks will consist of:

Processing Programme Access Requests (PARs)
Processing indoctrination and de-indoctrination paperwork
Maintenance of Personnel files/documents both electronic and hard copy
Maintenance of Compartment Access Lists (CALs) to provide assurance for Director Capabilities and Programmes
Conducting administrative requirements for opening/closing SAPs
Act as focal point of contact for SAP Compartment Administrators (CAs)
