Job Summary

Seasonal Inbound PA Job Description: The Fulfillment Center Process Assistant works with Operations Managers Area Managers Production Assistants Associates and site support staff. Process Assistants constantly improve the long-term capabilities of the area they are assigned. The ideal candidate will measure production quality and quantity and drive results in both. They maintain expert-level knowledge in their department and evaluate and improve processes within their work areas. They adhere to standard work and coach and develop Associates to meet and exceed department expectations.

- High school or equivalent diploma or Bachelors degree

- Experience in problem solving and delivering results

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Amazon is a total compensation company additional earnings may include shift differentials overtime pay and performance bonuses where applicable.
