Job Summary

Under supervision the selected candidate will repair and maintain equipment and systems used in heating. Specific duties shall include but not be limited to the following:

heating operations at development locations.
adjust and replace heating equipment i.e. safety controls relief valves gages etc.
and report on existing conditions of heating equipment; Monitor CHAS equipment.
and overhaul oil burners.
recalibrate and adjust oil burners for maximum efficiency.
boiler/burners and distribution systems.
tank inspections.
to all heating/hot water service disruptions; provide assistance during emergencies.
-shoot and provide technical expertise for heating matters.

Candidates selected must be available to work and travel throughout the five boroughs; and will be required to work rotating shifts including holidays and weekends.

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Notes:

1.A valid drivers license is required for this position.
