Your Responsibilities
Assist customers with hotel reservations worldwide
Provide information about rooms services and offers
Manage bookings changes and cancellations
Support loyalty program members
Handle customer requests via phone chat or email
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
Italian (C1) & English (B2)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy & multitasking ability
Customer-oriented mindset
Previous experience in Hospitality a plus
