About the role
Establishes and promotes PMO best practices standards and methodologies to ensure efficient and consistent project execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for user queries and basic troubleshooting
  • Support tool administration including user and permission management
  • Conduct QA testing for system enhancements
  • Monitor and optimize software license usage
  • Support PMO in SPM/DMS releases and roadmap execution
  • Maintain documentation user guides and FAQs for PPM/Demand tools
  • Ensure data accuracy (budgets timelines)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Integrate data from SPM DMS and time reporting systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate insights
  • Customize and update dashboards and reports
  • Prepare ad hoc leadership reports
  • Maintain project documentation in Teams and SharePoint
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards and support audits
  • Develop guides for financial processes budgeting and forecasting
  • Communicate process updates to Program and Project Managers

What you bring

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field (Masters preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel PowerPoint Word MS Project and Visio
  • Experience with PPM/SM tools (e.g. SPM)
  • Strong Power BI expertise
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal written presentation)
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Interest in innovation and AI-driven solutions
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel when required (average up to 20%)
