Job Summary
How Will You Make an Impact
As aMaintenance TechnicianIII at ourGrand Junction CO facility you will be responsible for the repair adjustments and ongoing maintenance of facilities with limited supervision. You will be a creative and proactive contributor focused on continuous improvement.
Location: On-site at our Grand Junction CO facility
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
What Will You Do
- Perform electrical welding painting plumbing and/or carpentry repairs.
- Calculate electrical loads.
- Review plans create a materials list and cost estimation for future electrical requirements.
- Install electrical panels and associated circuits.
- Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required.
- Follow Preventive Maintenance Instructions and ensure that the records for such are properly documented.
- May perform or assist in the installation relocation and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment.
- May perform or assist in the repair and maintenance of support equipment that includes but is not limited to air compressors air dryers vacuum systems HVAC and DI water Systems.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
How Will You Get Here
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of single phase and three phase circuits.
- Ability to work with voltages up to 480 volts.
- Ability to measure bent and support EMT.
- Knowledgeable with tools and materials of trade.
- Ability to repair lights of various voltages and service facility circuits throughout the facility.
- Knowledge and ability to use test meters to test for live circuits.
- Ability to climb ladders and work off the ground using scissor lifts.
- Ability to take direction and work as a team.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 13 years of related experience and/or training.
- Experience working with CNC Machinery preferred.
This position requires use of information which is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). To conform to U.S. Government export regulations/ITAR applicant must be a U.S. citizen lawful permanent resident of the U.S. protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
