About the role
Play a vital behind-the-scenes role in powering our fundraising and philanthropy this role youll bring our CRM to life through high-quality data management system integrity and hands-on operational support that keeps everything running smoothly.
Your work will directly enable strong donor relationships smarter fundraising campaigns and confident decision-making across the organisation. If you enjoy working with data systems and purpose-driven teams and love knowing your work makes a real impact this is a role where youll thrive.
What you get to do
Maintain and administer the organisations CRM (Salesforce preferred) ensuring accurate timely and high-quality donor and fundraising data
Support fundraising campaigns by preparing lists tracking donations updating records and assisting with campaign delivery
Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support fundraising performance donor engagement and informed decision-making
Monitor data quality conduct audits resolve errors and support CRM process and system improvements
Support donor stewardship by coordinating accurate and timely acknowledgements receipts and communications
Work collaboratively with fundraising marketing and finance teams while always upholding privacy confidentiality and data governance standards

Skills and Experience
We want you to be successful in your new role! This means youll have:
Demonstrated experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred) with strong attention to data accuracy and quality
Experience supporting fundraising philanthropy donor management or customer relationship activities
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
Ability to analyse data and present clear accurate information through reports and insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
Genuine interest in the not-for-profit sector with ambition to build a career in fundraising or philanthropy
