Senior Delivery Manager

Were looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Thames Water Mogden STW team based in Isleworth Twickenham. Location: Twickenham London. Fly in fly out if youre open to working away from home then well cover costs of staying away Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours may be available if desired just let us know when you speak to us. As a Senior Delivery Manager youll provide visible leadership across construction and engineering activities at Mogden Sewage Treatment this pivotal role youll oversee multiple workstreams in a complex operational environment ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and without compromising treatment operations or environmental compliance. What will you be responsible for As a Senior Operations Manager youll be working within the Mogden STW team supporting them in delivering construction and improvement works safely and efficiently. Your day to day will include: Leading multiple workstreams including civil mechanical electrical and process upgrades within a live treatment environment Ensuring projects are delivered to programme cost quality and performance targets Championing a zero-harm culture and ensuring robust management of high-risk activities Building trusted relationships with the client site operations teams and alliance partners Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary management team What are we looking for This role of Senior Delivery Manager is great for you if: You have extensive senior management experience within wastewater utilities or complex infrastructure construction You have a proven track record of delivering works in live operational environments You demonstrate a genuine commitment to safety leadership and positive site culture You have experience working under NEC contracts and regulated client frameworks Youre collaborative trusted and focused on continuous improvement Were all about finding potential here at Kier and transferrable skills are always welcome!
