Compliance and Quality Officer
Job Summary
Working within our Employability Team the Compliance and Quality Officer role is DWP funded and sits within the shared services team within this Directorate. The Compliance and Quality Officer will support the Data Impact and Compliance Manager and staff in ensuring that the Employability Division is fully compliant across all of our contracts and meeting all quality and contractual requirements..
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
- Support Operations Managers with compliance and auditing including monthly PAAs and Brilliant Basics audits
- Lead preparation and coordination of internal and external audits ensuring accurate data capture dashboards and timely reporting to Catch22 and Commissioners
- Manage compliance with the annual reporting calendar ensuring services understand requirements and submit reports on time
- Produce and develop planned and adhoc performance reports across contracts analysing data to identify themes and trends
- Maintain and validate relevant databases producing reports and ensuring data accuracy
- Streamline operational processes tracking paperwork and performance efficiently and supporting staff with system uploads when required
- Perform organise and streamline operational tasks systems and processes to reduce the potential for errors.

Qualifications :
Educated to GCSE level
Essential criteria:
- Knowledge of financial systems and procedures
- Understanding of compliance and data security processes
- Team player
- Experience of petty cash reconciliation
- Previous experience in the employability/welfare sector

Salary: 28000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Full-time permanent
