Your next role as a Miracle Maker

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Operations team as anOperations this role you will gain hands-on experience across multiple operational workflows including Manufacturing Quality Control and Order Fulfillment with additional exposure to MSAT Facilities and Engineering.

This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of operational processes automation systems and continuous improvement methodologies within a manufacturing environment.

How you will make an impact:

• Rotate through key operational areas includingManufacturing Quality Control and Order Fulfillment
• Learn end-to-end workflows including inputs processes outputs and system purpose
• Develop an understanding ofquality standards specifications and process nuances
• Gain hands-on exposure toautomated manufacturing equipment including operation safety maintenance and troubleshooting
• Participate inContinuous Improvement (CI) projectsusing A3 methodology:
  • Problem definition
  • Root cause analysis
  • Solution implementation
  • Validation and lessons learned
• Initiate and execute CI projects aimed at improvingquality and/or productivity
• Present progress and findings to stakeholders at key project milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn from subject matter experts
• Perform other functions and duties as

The skills and experience that you will bring:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree inEngineering Operations Supply Chain or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest inmanufacturing operations and process improvement
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on operational environment
