What Youll Own

- Special projects and strategic initiatives working directly with the CEO

- Build and formalize claims operations as the company scales rapidly including process design hiring and workflows

- Design scalable data-driven processes that optimize product workflows

- Lead cross-functional problem-solving across product engineering and business teams

- Context-switch across diverse high-impact initiatives bringing structure and clarity to each

What Youll Bring

- 2 years in MBB consulting investment banking private equity or a strategic operations role at a top-tier startup

- An exceptionally structured data-driven thinking style with strong attention to detail

- Strong cross-functional communication building trust quickly with customers teammates and partners

- A high-intensity fast-moving operating style that thrives in ambiguous high-growth environments

- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for in-person work

- Comfort switching context quickly between high-impact initiatives

Nice to Have

- A genuine signal of startup interest such as an internship at a startup or co-founding something in college

- A technical or quantitative undergraduate background

- Prior experience formalizing operations or processes at a fast-scaling company
