Job Summary
Foreman for civil projects
Duties
Supervise daily construction activities on civil sites and road construction.
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and construction plans accurately to guide on-site work.
Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Manage on-site resources including labor materials and equipment.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of foreman experience civil - road construction projects.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations relevant to civil construction sites.
Skilled in blueprint reading construction estimating quality control procedures and contract management.
Excellent communication skills
Construction site experience involving pipelines or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
Valid drivers license
TWIC
Must pass DISA hair follicle drug screen and background check
Be able to work in extreme weather conditions overtime and weekends as needed.
$25-$27 per hour depending on experience
