The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Veeva Vault professional to support administration configuration and release execution within the Quality this role you will help ensure stable operations compliant releases and continuous platform improvements in a globalGxPenvironment.
You will work closely with Quality Digital and external partners to deliver scalable and efficient Vault solutions while supporting day-to-day platform operations and release activities. This is a highly collaborative individual contributor role with strong cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to drive operational excellence across the platform landscape.
Depending on your level of experience anddemonstratedexpertise we can hire at either Manager or Senior Manager level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Veeva Vault Quality platform including access management incident handling and system maintenance in coordination with external parties.
- Implement andmaintainVault configurations aligned with platform standards and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate release activities including deployment preparation cutover support andhyper care.
- Maintainaccurateand audit-ready documentation for changes configurations and releases.
- Partner with Product Leads Quality IT and external vendors to support delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to operational excellence byidentifyingopportunities for standardization simplification and automation.
- Support cross-training and knowledge sharing to strengthen platform resilience and release readiness.

Requirements
- Bachelors ormastersdegree in Life Sciences Engineering Quality IT orrelatedfield.
- 57 years of experience working with Veeva Vault in a regulatedGxPlife sciences environment ideally within Veeva Quality.
- Hands-on experience with Vault configuration including metadata lifecycles document types security roles andvocabulary.
- Experience supporting release management validation activities and compliant change processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills within global matrix organizations.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and external partners.
- Experienceidentifyingprocess improvement or automation opportunities is a plus.
- Veeva and/or Agile certifications are considered an advantage.
