Responsibilities

At Netcompany we are making a strategic investment in the pensions domain. We develop solutions and advise some of the leading players in the industry and we are now looking for experienced Pension Specialist Managers to strengthen our capabilities and help drive the continued transformation of the pensions sector.  

As a Pension Specialist Manager you will act as a trusted advisor to clients senior stakeholders and internal teams. You will translate strategic ambitions into tangible outcomes and ensure business needs are transformed into solutions that deliver measurable value. 

Your work will be centered on shaping growing and scaling Netcompanys pensions offering while continuously evolving our standard solutions for the pension industry. As part of the Pensions domain you will operate across three core areas: Client Projects and Transformation Product Development and Pre-sales and Advisory. 

Your responsibilites will typically include:

  • Lead and drive large-scale transformation initiatives in pension organisations acting as the link between leadership business and delivery to ensure progress alignment and value creation. 
  • Contribute to the development of Netcompanys pension solutions by defining features shaping roadmap validating designs and aligning product development with customer and market needs. 
  • Support pre-sales and advisory activities by identifying opportunities understanding client needs qualifying solutions and contributing to client meetings and presentations. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders leveraging pension industry expertise to drive decisions strengthen relationships and ensure value-driven outcomes. 

About you

You have experience from a pension provider consultancy or another role within the Life and Pensions industry and you possess a deep understanding of the domain its business processes products regulatory landscape and key stakeholders. 

We are looking for professionals who combine pension expertise with leadership capabilities project management business development and the ability to drive outcomes through collaboration and stakeholder engagement. 

No deep technical background is required. What matters is your ability to navigate complex organisations and translate business challenges and strategic ambitions into tangible initiatives solutions and business value. 

  • Solid pensions industry experience (10 years): You have a deep understanding of the pension domain and act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for both clients and colleagues. 
  • Completion of the FOAK basic training is required. You are expected to have a solid understanding of core pension principles and to be able to advise and guide both clients and colleagues on pension-related matters and solution capabilities.  
  • Experience in project program or people management: You are skilled at driving execution aligning stakeholders and delivering outcomes in complex environments. 
  • You have a commercial mindset where you identify opportunities understand client businesses and help drive growth for both clients and Netcompanys pensions domain
