Youll guide a talented team strengthen key relationships and keep our programmatic engine running at full speed. Whether youre negotiating deals or elevating our DSP presence youll bring energy clarity and a spark that clients remember.
Core responsibilities include:
Campaign strategy & partner collaboration: Work with publishers and partners to shape campaign approaches negotiate quarterly deals and provide clear insightful performance reporting.
DSP ownership: Manage all DSP relationships acting as the bridge between platforms and clients. Youll lead QBR participation present product roadmaps troubleshoot platform issues and identify beta opportunities that give our clients an edge.
Team leadership & delivery excellence: Guide the team through client requests strategic planning and campaign brief responses. Youll champion high standards crossteam collaboration and seamless delivery across client catchups and QBRs.
Innovation & ideation: Bring fresh thinking to internal brainstorms contribute to channel strategy and help craft compelling visuals and narratives tailored to client needs.
Client communication & thought leadership: Own the client relationship. Youll manage seniorlevel conversations act as the escalation point for campaign challenges host education sessions and present QBRs and thoughtleadership pieces with confidence.
A bit about you:
Demonstrated leadership experience in programmatic advertising with a track record of managing teams and nurturing strong client relationships.
Deep handson expertise in DV360 and The Trade Desk.
Proven ability to negotiate deals and manage relationships across publishers partners and DSPs.
Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate performance data into clear actionable insights.
Exceptional communication skills with confidence presenting to clients leading education sessions and contributing to strategic discussions.
