The Details:

• Primary Locations: Fishers & Carmel IN
• Secondary Location: Greenfield IN
• Other Locations as Needed: Muncie IN
• Schedule: Full Time Day Shift
• Pay Range: $36.00 - $49.00/hr (Final determination based on relevant experience)

• Advanced Clinical Delivery: Master and deliver complex inpatient therapies including hemodialysis peritoneal dialysis CRRT and apheresis.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff to monitor patients adjust treatments and ensure quality outcomes. Youll also oversee patient care with the support of dedicated Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).

What You Bring to the Team:

• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in ICU CCU ER or Med/Surg is a huge plus but not required!
• CNN/CDN certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a color vision test (accommodations available).
