Living by these virtues we pride ourselves on exceptional service and the highest quality of care.We are looking to add an Administrative Specialist II to our Environmental Services team in this role you will support a large department by performing a variety of duties.
If you have at least 5 years of relevant experience especially in a healthcare setting wed love to talk with you.
SKILLS KNOWLEDGE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
5 years of relevant experience required preferably in a healthcare setting.
Experience with process improvement or lean philosophy preferred.
Requires intermediate computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office applications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Generates correspondence forms reports presentation materials and other written communications as required.
Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls; handles general inquiries. Uses independent judgment to determine priority and sensitivity of inquiries and responses.
Schedules / coordinates meetings conferences special events appointments and travel arrangements. Maintains assigned calendar(s).
Establishes and maintains filing systems. Orders and stocks supplies.
Assists with special projects and interdepartmental needs when appropriate.
Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Requires demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking flexibility time management organization attention to detail and professionalism.
Must be able to work equally well independently and in a team environment.
