In the role ofOutbound Lending Specialistyou will join a Personal Banking team thatsdoubling down oncustomer obsession and owning it.

Each dayyoullgoabove and beyondto:

• Engage existing home loan customers using event-based and propensity model leads
• Support and engage at risk of defection customers through the personal bank referrals
• Have meaningful needs-based conversations to understand customers financial goals
• Retain customers and deepen relationships by identifying the right lending solutions
• Support customers across purchases refinances top-ups and variations
• Deliver a high-quality compliant and customer-first experience in every interaction
