TheCommunications Managerwill lead integrated communications and employer brand initiatives in India to elevate RSMs brand strengthen the talent experience and deliver compelling storytelling across internal and external channels.
This role combines strategic thinking brandstorytellingand operational excellence to drive highimpact communications aligned with firm priorities. The role will partner closely with India and global leaders to ensure clearconsistentandhigh-qualitymessaging that supportsfirmgoals and strengthens RSMs reputation.
Communication andemployer brand building-60%
Lead integrated communications and marketing initiatives that strengthentalentengagement and position RSM as an employer of choice in India.
Internal communication:Drive a structured internal communications program that informsengagesand inspiresRSM peoplewhile reinforcing RSMs strategycultureand leadership priorities.
Build and manage a structured internal communications framework including message architecture leadership narrativepillarsand channel strategy.
Develop and execute internal communication campaigns including leadership updates firm initiatives marketcommunicationsand crisis messaging.
Ensure clarity consistency and alignment with firm strategy brandvoiceand communication standards.
Track engagement metrics and continuouslyoptimizechannel effectiveness.
Talent marketing:Strengthen RSMs employer brand through compelling storytelling and strategic campaigns.
Develop and execute integrated employer brand campaigns across ownedearnedand paid channels.
Create forward-looking content strategies and brand narratives that highlight culture growthopportunitiesandtalentexperiences.
Use audience insights and analytics to improve reachengagementand campaign performance.
Reputation and PR:Support the development and execution of initiatives that enhance RSMs reputation in India.
Contribute to a proactive PR and reputation roadmap aligned with brand narratives.
Develop thought leadership content mediaassetsand leadership profiling to build brand credibility.
Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver PR and brand initiatives effectively.
Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across external channels.
Change managementandleadership visibility-20%
Support leadership communication and change initiatives that enable transparencyalignmentand organizational momentum.
Develop communication strategies for strategic initiatives transformationprogramsandfirmpriorities.
Partner with senior leaders to shape clear authentic leadership narratives
Ensure consistent messaging across leadershipteamsand communication channels during periods of change.
Process reportingand automation-10%
Strengthen communication operations through datatechnologyand continuous improvement.
Build communication performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness.
Use data and insights to improve campaign performance and communication impact.
Leverage AI tools and digital communication platforms to enhance productivityautomationand content development.
Continuously assess communication programs and recommend process improvements and innovation opportunities.
Stakeholder management-10%
Act as a trusted communications partner tocross functional teams.
Partner with India and global stakeholders to align communication strategies withfirmpriorities.
Provide strategic communication counsel on messagingcampaignsand engagement initiatives.
Build strongcross functionalrelationships to enable collaborationalignmentand effective execution.
Education/certifications
Required:
Bachelors degree in communicationsmarketingora relatedfield.
Preferred:
Masters degree incommunicationsmarketingor related discipline.
Experience
Requires:
810 years of progressive experience in corporate communicationsmarketingor employer branding
Experience developing integrated communication strategies within a global or matrixed organization
Strong experience in internal communications employer brandbuilding digitalmarketingandPR.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex communication initiatives
Experience working with datainsightsand performance metrics to improve impact
Prior experience working with media PRagenciesor brand campaigns.
Familiarity with AI tools digital communicationplatformsand content management systems
