Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to lead daily front office operations. This role ensures outstanding guest service effective team leadership and smooth front desk performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise train and support front desk team members
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns
- Manage staff scheduling and shift coverage
- Oversee check-in and check-out operations
- Monitor reservations occupancy and revenue opportunities
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
- Prepare reports and assist with operational planning
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk or hospitality management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Experience with hotel PMS systems preferred
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
