The Role
TreasuryONE is looking for a detail-oriented graduate to join our Treasury Technology team as a Payments Support. This role offers hands-on experience in treasury systems payment processes and client support within a structured professional environment.
Youll be part of a dynamic team supported through training and mentorship building a strong foundation for a career in treasury technology and financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support treasury system monitoring and payment processes
- Assist with validating and maintaining payment and financial data
- Investigate and resolve payment or system-related issues
- Support client queries and communication on payment processes
- Assist with reporting documentation and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or related field
- 02 years experience (entry-level / graduate role)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general digital tools
Advantageous:
- Exposure to treasury systems banking platforms or payment workflows (e.g. SWIFT EFT)
- Basic understanding of system troubleshooting or data tools
What Youll Be Doing
System Monitoring & Operational Support
- Assist in monitoring treasury systems to ensure uptime accuracy and reliability
- Identify investigate and support resolution of system or payment anomalies
- Maintain logs records and documentation for incidents and system performance
- Support adherence to operational procedures and service level agreements
Payment Processing Exposure
- Support end-to-end payment processes for clients
- Validate payment data and identify discrepancies
- Assist in resolving payment issues with banks and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with controls procedures and audit requirements
Client Support & Communication
- Act as a support contact for client queries related to payments and systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally on issues updates and resolutions
- Build strong client relationships through reliable and responsive support
- Support client expectations through proactive communication
Learning & Development
- Participate in structured onboarding and training programmes
- Develop knowledge of treasury systems payment processes and banking integrations
- Apply learning in daily tasks and demonstrate continuous improvement
Continuous Improvement & Team Support
- Identify inefficiencies and recurring issues in processes
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
- Support testing validation and implementation of system updates
- Collaborate with internal teams on projects and documentation
Client Enablement
- Assist in guiding clients on effective use of treasury systems
- Support onboarding and training initiatives
- Help develop user guides and support documentation
- Promote best practices in system and payment usage
