Sr Strategic Sourcing Spec

As Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist you will be required to manage EOL component obsolescence $1.1B annual end revenue protection for PA EMS Supply Partners.

You will be required to work with EMS partners and Stakeholders on Life Cycle component Management reporting and managing supplier notifications on current and future EOL components working with the various tools available to proactively review our CBoms for obsolescence and EOL notifications.

Manage Last Time Buys in line with the various Stakeholders within the Business obtaining approvals per policy approval procedures. You will be negotiating Last Time Buy pricing with the various suppliers to the best costs available. You will address PCN EOL notifications via the levers of Last time buys and re-design. Liase with Stakeholders on Qtys to be procured Run-Out-Dates prioritizing projects re-design and managing best outcomes on supply inventory and cost.

The above must be executed in a controlled manner with excellent reporting skills in Excel SharePoint and PowerPoint and other Tools available for this role.

You will report directly to our Director Strategic Sourcing and youll work out of our Pune Maharashtra location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electronics supply chain procurement or equivalent

Extensive knowledge in global Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Additional Qualifications:

Masters degree preferred

CIPS and/or CPM or equivalent certification desired

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred

Previous experience in global high-mix manufacturing EMS business highly preferred

Demonstrated ability to manage / lead multiple projects and changing priorities

Ability to work with manage and influence all levels of Leadership

Ability to make data-driven decisions

Good IT skills - Microsoft office SAP Ariba etc
