What Youll Do
As the face of Interim HealthCare in our community you will:
  • Build an Ecosystem:Identify and nurture high-value relationships with physicians hospitals and assisted living facilities.
  • Strategize:Create and execute account development plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing referral streams.
  • Present with Purpose:Conduct professional presentations to community leaders and healthcare organizations.
  • Collaborate:Partner with our clinical and operational managers to ensure our service delivery matches your sales promises.
  • Track Success:Manage your pipeline and reporting to stay on target for your growth goals.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience:At least 2 years of proven sales success (Healthcare or Home Health experience is a major advantage).
  • Education:Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
  • Industry Savvy:A solid understanding of home health standards payers and the local referral landscape.
  • Soft Skills:Exceptional communication a goal-oriented hunter mentality and the ability to manage your own territory independently.
