Duration: 8 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts (Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Emergency Department. This role requires strong clinical judgment critical thinking and the ability to deliver high-quality patient-centered care across diverse populations.
The RN will assess plan implement and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices derived from biological physical behavioral social and nursing sciences. Care delivery emphasizes collaboration between patients families and the healthcare team ensuring culturally competent and age-appropriate treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Deliver culturally sensitive age-specific care
- Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN License (Ohio or Compact State)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) American Heart Association
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking ability
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic high-pressure environment
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional standards
- Demonstrated ability to provide culturally competent care
