Experience: 2 to 3 years residential conveyancing experience
Our client is recruiting a Residential Conveyancer to join its Residential Property team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who can run files with confidence takes pride in accuracy and client care and wants to be part of a firm that invests in training wellbeing and long-term career development.
You will independently manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload with responsibility for progressing matters efficiently and maintaining excellent standards throughout.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing a varied caseload including sales purchases leasehold freehold new builds and transfers of equity
Delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision
Maintaining strong client accessibility and clear proactive communication
Ensuring good financial management of files
Supporting the firms quality standards and accreditations including Lexcel and CQS
What Were Looking For
Essential:
2 to 3 years proven experience in residential conveyancing
Strong technical ability across the full conveyancing lifecycle
A client-first approach with high professional standards
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Desirable:
Experience working to quality standards such as Lexcel and/or CQS
Relevant qualification (Solicitor or CILEX)
