Residential Conveyancer
Location: Wetherby area (office-based)
Salary: 35000 to 50000 (dependent on experience)
Experience: 2 to 3 years residential conveyancing experience
Our client is recruiting a Residential Conveyancer to join its Residential Property team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who can run files with confidence takes pride in accuracy and client care and wants to be part of a firm that invests in training wellbeing and long-term career development.
You will independently manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload with responsibility for progressing matters efficiently and maintaining excellent standards throughout.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload including sales purchases leasehold freehold new builds and transfers of equity
- Delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision
- Maintaining strong client accessibility and clear proactive communication
- Ensuring good financial management of files
- Supporting the firms quality standards and accreditations including Lexcel and CQS
What Were Looking For
Essential:
- 2 to 3 years proven experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical ability across the full conveyancing lifecycle
- A client-first approach with high professional standards
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Desirable:
- Experience working to quality standards such as Lexcel and/or CQS
- Relevant qualification (Solicitor or CILEX)
