Our client a leading Telecom giant in Saudi Arabia is actively seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead their Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing function within mission-critical telecom programs. This senior-level role is key to ensuring end-to-end quality governance across digital platforms applications and infrastructure layers.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the test strategy planning and execution across telecom platforms.
- Manage a team of QA engineers and test leads to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define test scope environment and schedules.
- Oversee functional integration regression performance and UAT testing phases.
- Establish test metrics defect tracking and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory standards SLAs and customer expectations.
- Work closely with delivery and development managers to embed quality in every stage.
- Champion automation frameworks and drive test modernization initiatives.

Requirements
- Strong background in software quality assurance and testing within telecom or large enterprise environments.
- Experience managing QA teams and vendors in large-scale IT/telecom programs.
- Hands-on expertise in test lifecycle management test tools and automation.
- Solid understanding of telecom networks BSS/OSS systems and digital channels.
- Excellent leadership analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent preferred.
- Transferable Iqama
