Position: RN Emergency Department

Role Overview:
The RN will be responsible for assessing patient conditions determining severity and providing immediate care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. This includes triage critical care support and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient outcomes.
The RN will be responsible for assessing patient conditions determining severity and providing immediate care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. This includes triage critical care support and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessment triage and prioritization
- Provide immediate care and stabilize critical patients
- Administer medications and monitor patient response
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Participate in discharge planning and patient education
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality standards
Requirements:
- Active RN License (Illinois)
- BLS ACLS PALS (Required)
- 1 3 years of ER experience
- Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
