Salary: $95000 $115000
Employment Type: Full-Time

Medical Insurance: 100% employer-paid for employees

Retirement: No 401(k) currently; plan to introduce within the year
Paid Time Off:
- No vacation during the first year

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a plaintiff-side personal injury firm. This role involves supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation including case preparation document management research and trial support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare draft and file legal documents including pleadings motions and correspondence
Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy development
Organize review and manage case files and documentation
Coordinate and maintain case deadlines court filings and eFiling requirements
Communicate effectively with attorneys clients and external parties
Assist attorneys during trial preparation hearings and depositions
Manage discovery processes including document production and review
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all legal documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation (plaintiff personal injury preferred)
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures deadlines and eFiling systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in legal research and document review
