Requirements :

84 months experience leading elicitation sessions using variety of requirements gathering methods such as interviews documentation analysis surveys site visits business models with executives managers developers and subject matter experts.
60 months experience creating process and value stream models to support the understanding of the as-is state and development of a to-be process.
60 months of experience creating reports presentations and business cases and presenting information to leadership and/or other stakeholders.
48 months of experience creating user stories test cases and test scripts to capture and track all requirements with experience tracking this work in a tool such as
48 months of experience developing detailed prototypes using tools such as Axure or Figma
24 months of experience working with business users to gather requirements for Siebel CRM Case Management application that supports a combination of human tasks and electronic workflow including case lifecycle activities and tasks storing related documentation and managing stakeholder communication.
24 months of experience working in State Government.
