Job Summary

- Serve as a key technical leader within Randstad clients enterprise testing organization in Washington D.C.
- Architect build and execute full-stack automation solutions in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
- Bridge the gap between advanced Java development and quality assurance for web mobile AWS cloud and mainframe systems.
- Lead Agile team capacity planning and drive shift-left testing initiatives using AI-driven insights and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Design develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for UI API and Mobile (Android/iOS) platforms from scratch.
- Perform daily manual and automated testing across Web Mobile Mainframe and AWS-based applications.
- Participate actively in all SAFe ceremonies including onsite PI Planning in D.C. and manage iteration commitments.
- Conduct deep-dive debugging of mobile and web traffic using Charles Proxy and automate APK/IPA deployments.
- Develop advanced custom reporting solutions using HTML BDD graphs and Kibana dashboards for real-time quality metrics.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps and SRE teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Codium.
- Ensure software compliance with ADA/Accessibility and PCI standards and Mobile channels.
- Utilize advanced Java Selenium Cucumber TestNG Appium WebdriverIO Rest Assured and other automation tools.
- Apply strong SQL skills for backend validation and REST API testing (GET/PUT/POST/DELETE).
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and AI-driven development tools.
- Foster a culture of self-organization within the Agile team and maintain a professional hybrid work presence with periodic onsite participation in Washington D.C.
