Job Summary

Position : -Pre clinical Manager (Drug Discovery R&D)

Roles &Responsibilities:

Deep knowledge of Biological Target Ideation (Immunooncology and Oncology)
Design and Execution of all biochemical assay related to Targets.
Strong foundation in ADME PK PK/PD and mechanistic DMPK.
Provide expert input on metabolite profiling drug–drug interactions (DDI) enzyme/transporter involvement and clearance mechanisms.
Familiarity with regulatory expectations for nonclinical DMPK packages.
Critically evaluate complex datasets and clearly communicate implications to project teams and senior leadership.
Conduct In vivo tolerability exploratory toxicology and preliminary doserange finding studies.
Integrate toxicology data with PK PD and exposure information to assess safety risks and therapeutic index.
Able to travel for monitoring the preclinical studies executed in different CRO’s.
CRO vendors qualification for Preclinical studies.
