Job Summary

Must-Have Skills:

Strong SQL expertise (PostgreSQL preferred) critical for data validation and recovery tasks
Solid backend experience ( ecosystem) with ability to debug services and logs
Experience in production support / incident handling (log analysis data fixes RCA)
Hands-on approach with ability to write scripts and work on data correction

Important but Flexible:

Experience with PostgreSQL / SQLite databases
Familiarity with scripting for data processing

Good-to-Have:

Exposure to Node frameworks (Express NestJS)
ORM tools like Sequelize
Basic frontend knowledge (React/Ember) for minor bug fixes

Overall we are looking for a strong hands-on senior backend engineer with production support and data handling experience rather than a pure architect or people manager.
This prioritization should help widen the search while still ensuring the right fit for the role.
