Job Title: Assistant Director of Coaching
Organization: Soccer Shots Southwest Chicagoland
Location: Lockport IL and surrounding cities

Pay: $22/hour Part-Time

Position Overview:
Do you love working with kids and want to grow as a leader Soccer Shots Southwest Chicagoland is seeking an energetic Assistant Director to join our team! This role focuses on on-field coaching coach development and hands-on leadershipespecially within our Soccer Shots league during the season.

What Youll Do:

Coach children ages 29 in fun engaging soccer sessions (training provided
Train and support coaches while building a positive team culture
Take a leadership role in our Soccer Shots league
Help create a fun safe and development-focused experience for players
