Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Assist in urological procedures and surgeries
Provide education and support to patients regarding urological health
Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Stay updated on the latest advancements in urology practices and treatments
Requirements
Associate degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
Current NP or PA license in the state of practice
Experience in urology or a related field is preferred
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Setting: Outpatient clinic
EMR: Cerner
Must be board-certified
