Your work profile

• Support teams across various service linesin complex tendering procedures at all major Deloitte locations in Middle East as well as remotely; either in individual capacity or in collaboration with other members.
• Support the creation of a differentiated pursuit strategy develop a corresponding and goal-oriented pursuit plan and actively and transparently manage its fulfillment. This involves acting as a facilitator from pre-proposal to orals presentation stages leading team discussions creating compelling messages brainstorming creative solutions to challenges and identifying benefits for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage quality risk and leadership reviews monitor the development of resource and pricing models and other specific proposal related deadlines to ensure on-time completion and a high level of quality and if necessary escalate to the engagement partner
• Assume ownership for the development of focused proposal language relating to clients expectations and ourorganisationsdifferentiators/competitive advantages.
• Ensure regular coordination within the pursuit team coordinate the logistics and deal confidently with new requirements and plan
• changesand ensure that requests align with firm policies and brand standards.
• Build relationships with business teams in all functions at all levels and ensure effective delivery of services; thereby bringingin best practices from other pursuits as well as your searches from the global pursuit network to close content gaps
• Due to your proactive and service-oriented commitment theengagement teamswould be able tofully focus on the right solution and the optimal approach
• Collaborate with global contracting teams and cross-border functions to align deal structuring flow-down obligations and client governance requirements.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of templates playbooks and contracting process documentation to drive consistency and efficiency.

Key skills required:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience preferably as a bid/proposal manager for large multinational professional services firm/third-party KPO/IT-BPO company/internal research/strategy teams within key technology companies
• University degree in business administration or a comparable qualified education (BE/B. Tech/BBA/BCom/MBA preferred).
• With your proactive hands-on mentality you work goal-oriented and with a very high-quality standard even under high time and success pressure.
• A team builder with excellent leadership skills you spread a positive team atmosphere take responsibility and resolve conflicts confidently and objectively.
• Strong understanding of job description good stakeholder management and negotiating skills.
• Must be able to communicate professionally during stressful situations maintaining composure and resolving problems effectively and positively.
• With your excellent English skills you optimally support our teams and pursuits at all management levels.
• Proficiency in MS office suite (PPT Word).
