Job Title: Time Office Executive
Industry Preference: Manufacturing (Plant Operations)
Job Summary: The Time Office Executive will be responsible for managing employee attendance shift scheduling leave records and overtime tracking. The role supports payroll processing and ensures compliance with statutory regulations especially in a manufacturing setup with shift-based operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily attendance and ensure accuracy in timekeeping systems
- Handle shift planning and scheduling for plant employees
- Maintain leave records including approvals balances and reporting
- Track and validate overtime (OT) records as per company policy
- Provide accurate inputs for payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Factories Act labor laws etc.)
- Generate and maintain MIS reports related to attendance shifts and manpower utilization
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and internal reviews
- Coordinate with HR payroll and plant operations teams for smooth functioning
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in HR Commerce or related field
- Strong knowledge of attendance & leave management systems
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance
- Experience in payroll coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Good organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile: - Prior experience in a manufacturing plant with shift operations
- Ability to handle large workforce data efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
