Job Summary
Were searching for a diligent self-starter legal office assistant to provide administrative support in our Probate Department. Your typical day will include: taking intake phone calls emails and walk-ins; scheduling meetings with clients and the team; working with potential clients to gather all documentation and information needed to hire the firm; and taking calls and handling correspondence for current clients.

Additional tasks and responsibilities include:
- Scanning mailing and otherwise addressing in-office support tasks
- Overflow support for paralegals when someone is out sick or our workload unexpectedly increases
- Going to properties to meet with appraisers
- Assistance in selling estate property
- Extensive estate document review
- Proficient use of MS Office especially Outlook and Word
