Job Summary
Primary focus
- Manage all printing/color portions in the packaging development process in cooperation with front-end process leaders (such as APM Printers Design agencies etc.) to meet project timelines in an effective åæµçåçåéèè人(åAPMï¼åååï¼è¾èååç)åä½ï¼ççåèè¾èå¼åäæææååå/è²å½æ¹éçåä½ï¼äææåäèé¹çæéèåºã
- Proactively identify potential issues to the process leaders or key SPOC and suggest options to avoid delay on CPS and/or provide solution to the issue éæåèååå¾çäååå¹ååèéçæ½åééï¼ å¹äåå¹æµçèè人æåºåèèå³æ¹æääåèåæé¹çèåºã
- Provide technical leadership and input throughout the artwork production including color retouch process. Prompt clear and accurate information flow to various parties within interal teams such as briefs for color development and graphic adaptation ååéåæ/ææ/åçåååæ¹ä¼éäæï¼åéè²åå¾å½èæçèæï¼ååéå¾ççäºäåæå¹å¾çèè²çäºåéæä¾æææå¼ã
- Identify root cause after an unavoidable incident propose improvement plan to avoid reoccurrence
åäåéåçäºæåçåï¼æ¾åºæ¹æååï¼æåºæ¹èèåäéååæåç
- Basic Knowledge or expenrence of color mamangement(color space LAB measurement GMG proofing icc profile)éäºèåºæçè²å½çççèï¼éè²çºéï¼ LAB æµéï¼æçææï¼icc è²å½éç½æäççï¼
- Lead and contribute technical knowledge in test print/ pre-production meetings with printers for major projects to kill the potential risks in printing and ensure the printing sample quality to meet clientt expectation.

- Printing samples evaluation and its report management. ååæåææµåèä¼ï¼ ç¾æåæåçäååççã
- Other tasks (such as accasionally onsiet press checking) assigned by manager
