WHAT YOULL DO 

Were looking for a strong leader who combines deep trade expertise with a passion for people and performance. 

As Trade & Customs Operations Manager for APAC you will lead and elevate trade operations across 12 markets (including China Japan India Australia and more). You will play a key role in building efficient compliant and future-ready import and export solutions that support business growth. 

• Lead end-to-end trade operations across APAC including inbound customs clearance and inland transport 

• Drive performance by setting goals tracking KPIs and managing budgets 

• Ensure full customs compliance and manage relationships with authorities 

• Strengthen operational excellence sustainability and efficiency 

• Manage and develop customs broker partnerships and sourcing strategies 

• Lead trade security and risk management initiatives 

• Collaborate with continent and global stakeholders to unlock business value 

• Inspire lead and develop a high-performing Trade team across the region 

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with

• 5 years of experience in customs and trade operations across APAC 

• Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead a remote team

• Deep knowledge of customs compliance and clearance processes 

• A strategic mindset with strong analytical and leadership capabilities 

• Experience in vendor management and procurement 

• A passion for leading change and inspiring teams
